1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Chimney Repair Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our chimney cleaning, inspection, repair, and related services in Florida.

2. Services Description

Chimney Repair Group provides professional chimney services including but not limited to:

  • Chimney cleaning and sweeping
  • Chimney inspections (Level 1, 2, and 3)
  • Chimney repair and restoration
  • Chimney relining services
  • Chimney cap installation
  • Fireplace services and maintenance
  • Emergency chimney services

All services are performed by CSIA-certified technicians in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (888) 882-2070 or through our online booking system. A confirmation will be sent via email or text message.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.

No-Shows: Failure to be present for a scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in a service charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

Estimates: We provide written estimates before beginning any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Additional Work: If additional work is discovered during service, we will provide a revised estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement, typically ranging from 1-5 years depending on the service performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no additional charge.

Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the chimney and work areas
  • Disclose any known issues or hazards
  • Ensure fires have been extinguished for at least 24 hours before service
  • Move furniture and valuables away from the work area
  • Inform us of any pets that need to be secured
  • Provide accurate contact and billing information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimney Repair Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

Chimney Repair Group maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Middlesex County, Florida.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
